Fire Fighter in the Flesh

We did not have enough happening in our lives so Daniel decided that he was going to start a new career too! We are very excited to say that Daniel will be starting school on Saturday to become a firefighter and emergency responder. Firefighting is something Dan has always wanted to do so he decided to go for it. Winnipeg has new program called S.M.A.R.T. The schooling will last for about 5 months and will include a trip down to Dallas for two weeks, where he will live and train with firefighters. He will do Internet courses during the week and go to class on Saturdays for the hands on stuff.
